It is all about the oil and gas in Africa and a way of containing Chinese interests in the world and above all in Africa. It seems like Biden’s new strategy is to avoid a world war and it seems as if the US short term will accept high gasoline prices. The gasoline prices in the US looks like it is on its way down this winter of 2022, so I guess the US more recently have found alternative oil sources. Good for them! But Africa needs electrical energy in order to extract oil and gas and lay down pipelines.
This is also shown by Biden’s more recently mitigated Iran policy and China policy too. But what has Biden promised Erdogan to hold Sweden on the stretch bench regarding our possible Nato-entrance? Because it doesn’t look like if it is the Kremlin who is in cahoots with Turkey at this moment. Or is Erdogan’s Turkey acting on its own behalf? It is possible, but follow the money and the military industrial complex.
